PRAGUE, July 5 (Reuters) - The Czech state budget deficit should not exceed 170 billion crowns ($9.22 billion), Finance Minister Eduard Janota told Czech Television on Sunday, further raising the ceiling on an estimate that has already tripled last year's gap. The higher estimate follows a wave of floods that have killed 13 people in the central European country of 10.5 million and caused widespread damage to houses and firms.
